Learn about Chi, vital life energy, through stretching and self-massage techniques. Exercises focus on the entrainment of the musculoskeletal and endocrine systems with your understanding of Chi and its relation to meridians. This could strengthen your immune system and prevent disease from taking root. The anearobic aspect helps you feel calm because your heart rests while exercising. This is an excellent way to develop subtle energy used in bodywork and is a great way to revitalize yourself between heavy workouts.
